1 review · 7 months agoI was so impressed with Shoaib’s work at my previous flat that I appointed him as the factor for my new flat without hesitation. His communication is excellent, and he far surpasses the corporate factors I’ve dealt with in the past.
In just a couple of months, he brought our building, never previously factored, up to standard: arranging communal building insurance, a communal stairway electricity upgrade, unblocking drains, fixing water pressure issues, overseeing gutter and roof repairs, and ensuring the stairs are clean. Shoaib is dedicated, proactive and passionate about his work. Highly recommended.

Local Guide · 34 reviews · 7 photos · 1 year agoAs others have said, Shoaib and his team are surely the best factors in Glasgow. Many factors have a bad reputation, but I can honestly say that Shoaib and Sohail have always been responsive, professional and transparent.
They have always dealt professionally with the regular maintenance and upkeep of the building. Shoaib takes time to explain every decision and keep us informed. I would highly recommend Shafaatulla Property Management, and I don't think many people in Glasgow can say that about their factor.

It’s rare you find a factor that cares about the work and genuinely wants the best for the clients, but I’m glad I found them and wish other factoring firms took a leaf out of their book. Highly recommend.

These were outstanding issues for years from our previous factors. In 2022 we had a burst…

He is always very quick to attend to any problems. The cost of factoring has come down…

1 review · 7 years agoShoaib keeps on top of things. And if I draw a problem to his attention he will deal with it. These older Glasgow buildings require constant maintenance and Mr Shafaatulla does not overcharge.
There was a recent water pipe leak in this building which caused a lot of damage and our building insurance was taken out through the factor. Although a stressful experience, things were dealt with quickly and efficiently with the factor’s tradesmen. I personally can recommend him highly.

2 reviews · 1 year agoHighly recommend Shoaib and his factoring company. Looked after the close I stayed in for several years. He helped to kick out the old terrible factors.
He took over the management of the tenement and proceeded to provide great service. Gutted he isn’t managing my current close now! If the chance arises I’ll be asking them back!

4 reviews · 4 years agoBeen my factors since moving in early 2021. In August I had major water ingress and damage to my property and Shoaib and his team were immense.
They organised the roofing fix and the scaffolding required to make it happen. Their pricing is cheap in the current market and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than an hour or so for a call back. Can highly recommend this company for your building factoring needs.

Unlike our previous factors who put on mysterious fees here and there with no explanation, all costs, facts and figures are up front and quotes are sought for anything of significance.
